Fill the A-STEP form online and pay the ₹100 registration fee. It takes a couple of minutes.

Sit the A-STEP paper at our Sector 34-A campus on 18 Oct 2026.

Score well and study at ALEX on a scholarship, with a mentor who tracks you personally.

Who can sit the A-STEP test?
Students moving from Class X to Class XI. It is an admission cum scholarship test for the ALEX NEET programme.
What does it cost to register?
₹100. Registration is online, and the fee is the same whether you win a full scholarship or not — it covers the paper itself.
When and where is the exam?
18 October 2026, at ALEX Career Institute, SCO 332-333-334, Sector 34-A, Chandigarh. Reporting details are shared with every registered student before the date.
What does the scholarship cover?
A scholarship on your ALEX NEET programme fee. How much depends on your A-STEP score — the better you do, the more you win.
What is in the paper?
Class X level Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics with a reasoning section — it tests aptitude for NEET preparation, not syllabus you have not studied yet.
